Teamer room assignment: counselors land in the workload scheduler, so you know how many beds are really free 28.05.2026
For operators, house management, planners
Booking participants have always lived in the workload scheduler — but counselors? They slept in the same rooms, took up the same beds, and were nowhere to be seen on the occupation overview. So "how many rooms can we still book?" was a question the system could never answer honestly. With the new teamer room assignment, that gap is closed.
New lane in the workload scheduler
Under Planned offerings > Teamer a third lane joins the existing Camps and Groups rows. Every counselor with an active placement on a session that runs at this location shows up there with a T badge, ready to be dragged into any free room. Their attendance date range comes straight from the session — no extra typing — and the very same drag mechanic you already know from guest attendances handles the room change.
Capacity counts honestly
Once a counselor is dragged into a room, that bed counts toward the room's occupation just like a paying guest's would. The "available beds per accommodation" line under the scheduler therefore reflects the real picture — the number you see is the number you can still book. The drop into an over-booked room is rejected with the same notification participants use, so no invisible double-bookings.
The feature is available immediately and rolls out automatically to every operator.
