Quality audits: submit further documents and settle questions per question 04.11.2026
For associations, offices, reviewers and audited companies
In a quality audit a lot comes down to single questions: a proof is not sufficient, a document is missing, the office knows more than the documents show. Until now this often meant returning the questionnaire to the company or sending information back and forth by email. With this update, request, proof and feedback all happen right at the question.
Several documents per question
Audited companies upload as many documents to a question as they need, several at once as well. Every further upload extends the list and replaces nothing. Until now a replaced file was lost. Files uploaded by mistake can be removed as long as the questionnaire has not been submitted.
Submit further documents without reopening the questionnaire
If a proof is not sufficient, the reviewers leave a remark on the question that the company can see. The company can add further documents right there, even if the audit has already been submitted. All other answers stay unchanged. Reviewers and the office get an email, and the timeline of the question shows what was added.
Office and reviewers in conversation
The office can give the reviewers feedback on every question, for example when a proof arrived by mail or a fact is known from earlier audits. These comments are always internal and never visible to the company. On request the reviewers get an email. Internal comments are marked with their own icon in the overview, so everybody sees at a glance what the company can see and what not.
Safely to the final review
- Reopen questions: A question marked as reviewed can be reopened without reloading the page and edited right away.
- Filter on open questions: The filter reflects every change immediately, reviewed questions disappear from the list.
- Open questions at a glance: Before giving your OK and before finalizing, the final dialog shows how many questions are not marked as reviewed yet.
- No empty comments: Comments without content are not saved, so no empty emails go out either.
